I had a 13.25 for 4 mile Red Lobster order pop up. So of course I accepted it who wouldn’t. I get to the restaurant with 10 minutes before it’s “ time “. I call in since they bring it out to you here. About 5 minutes to by and they bring out an order. Not my order by the way but a different one. I tell them I’m waiting for this person and they say that they called and are coming to pick it up at a different time later in the day. No worries I understand so I get a hold of support. 35 minutes later I get someone who starts to cancel the order. I ask what the total payout is and if I am going to get the extra for waiting since I can’t get an order while I’m on hold. She basically canceled to order and ended chat. I reconnect. I get her back again and she ends chat as soon as she sees that it’s the person she just had. I try again and ask for a supervisor. The next person also ends chat. So at this point I call and get hung up on twice when I ask for a supervisor. What the hell is there problem?!?!
