After 600 multi app deliveries I've obviously dealt with plenty of rude restaurant employees but just had a pick up where an employee verbally harassed me and seriously crossed the line. I selected all the related negative things in the 'rate this order' screen but lord knows if those actually do anything. Wondering if anyone else has any experience reporting restaurants for things beyond just missing items or being slow and if it's even worth my time and energy to sit on hold with support to tell someone about it.
