Can't use fastpay after a long hiatus.

I haven't used Doordash in about 6 months or more. I used it today (Sunday) and I wanted to use Fast pay. All of my information is there I clicked the fast pay option but there was no button to activate it. Do I have to "update" my card again which hasn't changed same card same bank.
What's going on? New policies?
