Okay I have not been dashing all of that long. I have never had to contact support before. I have today twice so far. Once for no order at the pick up and the second for wrong address for the delivery. They were not super helpful with either. The first one said it shows it’s been placed and the merchant accepted it. And was told to ask them to look again.

The second one as I was picking it up I received a text from The customer that the address was wrong and was given the correct address. I knew where that address was and it was closer than the one that was given. I couldn’t deliver it because I wasn’t close enough to the customer. While I was trying to snap my pic to mark as delivered on the line with support the customer came out and I handed her the order. Support said it was out side of the delivery area. And they couldn’t update the address.

So my question is how do they mark where they can deliver and where they can’t since I have gotten orders 15 miles out. But one that’s still in town isn’t a good area ?
