Question: Why are some of y'all such a-holes to restaurant employees

Don't get me wrong, some really cool dashers frequent where I work and I have genuine conversations with them, but I feel like the majority of dashers are either straight up rude, ripping food out of our hands and such, and a lot of dasher just shove their phones in our faces without even giving a "I'm here to pick up for susie"
