So the order was 2 sandwiches and 6 cookies. It's late at night. The employee informs me they are out of cookies. I said, "okay, just refund them on your tablet" he says I should call customer. I asked if he has any replacement options and he replies saying he doesn't. I'm like okay, why would I call customer for. He gets huge attitude and writes on receipt, " Dasher refused to call you" pretty much throws bag at me and says "It's on you then"
I complement that was fucking rude and start walking out then he yells, "Stupid fucking Doordashers trying to act hard!" Or something
Was I an asshole here? Isn't he supposed to refund it? I told customer what happened and how to request refund through app.
