I've been back and forth with support all day about this, so I wanted to check with you folks to see if they're giving me the runaround or telling the truth.
I ran a breakfast challenge this morning and completed my 5th delivery right at the time that I scheduled my dash to end, so it did the weird loop thing where it tries to complete the delivery and the dash at once. A while after I finally got the dash to end, I checked to verify that my challenge pay showed in my account. It hadn't. Waited longer. Still nothing. It's normally nearly instant for me. Called support, and the rep stated that they were having a system issue with challenge pay but she could see that I completed the required amount of orders. She called back twice to update me with the same status. It's been over 12 hours now.
Later in the day, I got a tip received notification on an order from 2 weeks ago. That also hasn't shown up in my balance yet. Called again. Rep gave similar answer to the rep before.
Is anyone else having any issues like this? They claimed it was happening for everyone. I tend to not trust customer service reps.
