Post Body

Hey everyone-

I just downloaded DoorDash yesterday, as I got the news a few days ago that I tested positive for the Rona, and on that same day, I broke my right arm, which is my dominant hand. So not only can I not leave my house, I also can’t really cook much of anything.

I’ve ordered a couple of times over the past two days and have really enjoyed it, and having worked in retail/service industry myself I always tip better than average, but also I have cats that need feeding and need some grocery stuff, and would prefer to support someone trying to earn a wage rather than Bezos. I’ve browsed the sub a bit and know that I can do PetSmart and Walmart delivery, but it doesn’t seem to be a favorite. I live in a large suburb of a medium sized metropolitan area, is there a certain tip amount or anything I can do make these less annoying?

And obvs with the Rona I’m not even going outside to get my order until I see the driver drive off, is this okay?

TIA!!
