So long story short. I applied to be a door dash driver last year. Now I will note shortly before this I got my record expunged. Nothing serious only a couple of misdemeanors. I applied and seem to be waiting forever so I checked after about a month. Basically both checkr and door dash were blaming each other saying they sent whatever but the other didn't get it. I've literally sat on the phone for an hour just waiting for someone to pick up. I've waited hours and hours with customer service to get it resolved. EVERY SINGLE TIME ITS THE SAME THING!!!!! Door dash has expedited it to a specialist. I'll get emails saying they are working on it then nothing. And they give me the same to around every single time. So after like two months of fighting with them I gave up. For shgiggles this month I checked and it said that I passed my background check now I'm somehow again waiting on door dash. So again I called and this time the dude on the phone said he would send it to a specialist. Well after waiting figured out he didn't do a thing. I don't even have the usual email. I'm just frustrated. All I want to do is earn some money. What can I do. I have everything needed carwise. And my license is good. So I don't understand why this is so difficult 😔. Please give me some advice.
