We need to develop a rating system for customers where drivers are allowed to rate customers on how they tip, on false complaints, good reviews, bad reviews directions for delivery, how clear they were, how easy it is to find the address etc. I know doordash already keeps all of this data and that's how they use that data when people are complaining about not getting food or about a bad driver. They use that data to see if the driver has a bad history. But I think we should be able to keep this data on customers. Does anybody have any suggestions on how we could go about creating this system?
