Hello everyone, seeking for some advice.
I currently do Doordash as a side hustle probably 8 hours per week, but thinking about doing it full time.
When doing it full time, I am thinking that it should have its benefits of doing this as a business through a legal entity as a cash business (income equald expenses). For instance, deducting vehicle expenses, mileage, vehicle depreciation, but it would also require a payroll and set the entity as an S-Corp.
I also know that car insurance requires a business entity to insure the vehicle if it will be used for food delivery or similar activities.
Has anyone tried this? Is doing food delivery as a business is a good idea?
