So I've only had 3 orders for alcohol so far and each time I take one I have issues. Every single time I go to verify their identity and scan their ID it scans successfully then I hit complete delivery and by the time I'm through the prompts it's asking me to verify their ID again like I never did. I'm not exactly thrilled about asking them to come Back outside and hand me their ID again and the one time that I had them do that it just did the same thing again. So each time I've had to contact support who has been next to worthless when it comes to being helpful. And each time I get the same result support has to cancel the order and they have no answer for why it keeps happening. They've told me to restart my phone (which is ridiculous) restart the app( which obviously I did beforehand) And even told me to return the order when I made it very clear that I had already delivered the order. If I don't figure out what the problem is, I'll probably just stop accepting the alcohol orders.
