I got a pre adverse action notice

Today I got an email after dashing for 6 months that my background was flagged due to a liscense suspension prior to starting door dash. The suspension was because of not carrying insurance on a car I sold and the dude never registered it under his name. I cleared it up and got my license reinstated. I explained this to DoorDash today it’s still letting me dash but will they close my account because of this.
