Holding my money hostage for an order being canceled is crazy.

Got an order for McDonald's. The restaurant said their system was down so they couldn't make the order. I called support and they called McDonald's to confirm the system was down. Order got canceled and I got half pay. Then I got this message about the order being under review immediately after I hung up the phone. Holding my money hostage for something they were able to confirm. Totally makes sense lmao
