My completion rate was 95% at the beginning of the day, and I was about 9 delivers in today. I did decline 2, but took the other 9. Completed everything. Now, the new dasher rating system is in effect in my area. Silver, gold, and platinum status. It affects me in the market I'm at. Anyway, just randomly while I was sitting at an order I closed out of the app, and opened it back and my CR dropped to 94% (also dropping me to gold instead of platinum.) DD tried to tell me its a rolling number... whatever lol. Anyway, they actually came through and contacted the "back end" and got my rating up. It surprised me lol
