A customer started messaging me a fter a delivery cursing me out because I left the food at there door and took a picture and sent it to them instead of handing it to them so I reported them and then I get this in my email. Why would they need this information

The fact is that it says "bring harrassed" "escalations" team" instead of deescalations teams is sketchy, BUT the bottoms of your page says "more emails from DoorDash" which looks legit. I'm torn with this one I would really call them if I was you.
