If you ever worked In the kitchen then you already know. Gig economy is the way out. Stop selling your hours of the day only for the owner to profit off your back. Imagine being paid 13 an hour to push out plates worth more than that. Use that concept with gas. Spend 13 and 10x it. Gotta know your market tho don't go in blind now. Your previous owner studied their market before opening their business so you must do the same. Working in the kitchen I believe will give you a clear advantage over other dasher. Not all dasher will have the same mindset. Most will give up or just won't work out for them cuz they still in the work culture mindset. They need to be told what to do and just use to being taken care of by their owner oops I mean boss. Be your own boss and jump over that counter. Next time you pick up your order just look in the kitchen and remind yourself what you don't miss.
