There was an situation where I accepted a high paying order from mckydees late night which couldn't be fulfilled by said mckydees due to breakfast menu wasn't offered but the order was all breakfast. I called the customer to see if they wanted something else. But it was impossible cuz mckydees can't make another order without it being paid for and dd doesn't allow order changes after its been accepted and paid for. Dd support cancels the order and paid me half which was oddly enough was more than half due to peak pay being tacked on. Then before I could leave I got another order from the same mckydees. Being curious I accepted the order which revealed to be another all breakfast order. I didn't even leave the parking spot I sat at when I was on the phone with dd. I called back and support did the same exact thing. Half pay with peak pay tacked on. Then another order came in.... you can now see where I'm going with this. I made 48 dollars on half pay peak pay error orders sitting at McDonald's for 20 minutes. I mean if I didn't take it then some other dasher would have caught it. Dd even calls the restaurant to verify but they didn't fix the issue on their end? How did they allow these impossible orders to keep rolling in. Guess changing the menu is something support can't alter. Lmk your opinions.
