This new stacking system is ruining DD in my region

Almost EVERY order is stacked now and DD is asking me to go so far! Like 7-10 miles one way far. For example, I got a 10mile order stacked for $15. This keeps happening!
And now all the single orders coming in are literally garbage. It's been like this for at least two and half weeks.
