How to avoid dirt roads.

Post Body

My town has tons of dirt roads. A ton of these roads are unsafe for regular cars to drive on. Yet customers who live one these roads stil place orders, even though all of them own 4x4 vehicles.

I know my area fairly well, but sometimes it's just hard to gauge if an offer is going down these roads. In my area you can be going down a suburban street, and then half a mile later that street turns into a dirt road.

I'm good at arguing with support, so tomorrow If I get one of these orders, I may call support and say "customers road says 4x4 vehicles only and is unsafe to drive on, can I leave it at the beginning of the road".

I've tried 5 different navigational apps, but none of them let you filter unpaved roads.

The reasons why I'm bitching about this is becuase these roads are ment for bigger vehicles, they have ton of pot holes. Also they are time wasters. Last week I had a 3 mile delivery take almost 30 minutes to get to the customer. I litterally had my little toyota corolla cross a dry creek bed to get to the customer.

Has anyone here ever try to call support becuase the road is unsafe?
