Can’t change phone number

I’m trying to update my phone number for the Dasher app but when I type in my new number I get hit with a “Request failed with status code 401 ()”
I tried contacting support about a month ago and they said they were busy, but would have someone reach out to me after I gave them a good call back number and my email. I haven’t heard from them since.
I’m going to call again when I get out of work in a few hours, but I was wondering if there’s any way to fix this without going through support? TIA
