Help with Virtual Dasher Direct Card

Is there a way to get cash from the virtual dasher card ? Can I go to a cardless ATM ? I haven't received my card in the mail yet.

Update : In the end the Venmo transfer was what worked. Sent Venmo to gf from DD she sent it back to me and then Instant deposit into account.. Cash app won't work cause it's prepaid and Chime isn't supported by Venmo so I'm assuming it probably won't work with other online type banks. I had to put it into my Navy Federal which surprisingly was actually instant but we did get it figured out.
