Concerned about Safety during a Dash
Post Body

I have been door dashing after I get off my other job at night (i start dashing around 9:30PM). I had an easy order from Chili’s that was an 8 mile in total dash as my first order of the night. When I get to the merchants house (around 9:45) there were people hanging outside her door. When I walked up they started talking at me saying “Your pockets look fat, don’t get caught lackin”. (I had my wallet it in my front pocket). I didn’t say anything to them and ignored them. When I was walking back to my car they kept talking about how i look “right”.

I notified Door Dash about the incident whenever they asked me to rate the merchant experience. I haven’t heard ANYTHING from Door Dash and it makes me wonder about our safety while doing Door Dash.

Has anyone else had experiences like this?
