What can I do? My account got deactivated

They deactivated my account because last year I got a ticket of “driving with a suspended license”. To give some context I got a red light camera ticket but I never received the ticket on the mail so I didn’t know I got one so of course I didn’t pay it and they suspended my license without my knowledge. As soon as I was aware of all this I paid the ticket and got my license reinstated and valid! I just got an email from them telling me that I can’t dash because they just got a report from Chekr saying that my license is suspended! What can I do??????
