So last night another dasher stole my customers food. Shame on him. Polietly informed customer and support. The customer gets angry with me. Oh well outta my hands now. Move on. This morning I wake up to the customer still texting me. And continuing to text me.
Call support the guy tells me that he cant do anything cant block them or anything as well I'm supposed to contact the customer... the same one that is getting angry with me. Still texting me 12 hours later and I'm supposed to tell them again to contact doordash I'm just a delivery driver.
First I thought those spoofed numbers were only attached to us for like a half hour. They are texting over 12 hours later.
2nd. Who in their right mind goes oh your being harrassed from one of our customers through our system. Yea not our problem.
Just another instance of "the customer is always right"
