Hi guys I’m actually doing my very first dash right now. On my second delivery I had the customer call and say part of her order was missing. I know for a fact that what she said was missing was in there. Remember the lady at Wendy’s putting ketchup packets on top of it. Question is: is there anything I should do about it? I’ve read it’s hard to actually get ahold of anyone in support. And also if she gets her money refunded am I going to lose what I made on the delivery? Sorry if this has been asked a bunch before and I just didn’t see it. And annoyed cause I know her damn chicken nuggets were in there lol. Thanks in advance for any help.
