Anyone else have a location they consider a “problem restaurant”?

I keep giving chances to this restaurant named Luna Grill- as the first few times I came they were on top of it. However now I’ve had 3 orders here in the last week where the staff hasn’t paid attention to the tablet and the order is ready 20-30 mins later that it should’ve been.. And last time I went, the girl lost the ticket so she didn’t know the food sitting on the counter was the order and it was sitting there as I waited 30 minutes??? Now this time the girl threw the sheet containing the order away before putting it in lmao. No more chances Luna Grill. Sorry.
