This came inside my McDonald’s DoorDash order, I’ve reported it to DoorDash who seemed very uninterested and just gave me a partial refund and rushes the conversation over with, then McDonald’s just straight up refuses to speak to me about it

Well it'd be helpful to know what the drink was supposed to be.
If it's something like lemonade - this is kinda normal and expected after it's sat in a warm bag.
If you stir it and it mixes it, then all it was is separated solids from the drink.
If it's some added bodily fluid, it'd just swirl around and remain separated.
