My wife rides with our oldest on his DD route occasionally, she said yesterday it asked him for a photo, the one where it gets front and both sides of your face... she said where they were, the Sun was very bright and the app just wasn't happy with the pictures, so they had to go somewhere and park in a shade for him to do the photos again.... now his account is suspended, they said he sent pics of 2 different people and must have shared his account... One picture was bright. Sun coming through the car window. The other picture was in a shadow. They were less than two minutes apart...support told son they had no access tot he photos and the depth. that does would look at them within 10 days... sonhe is unable to earn $$ fo4 almost 2 weeks because their app can't match bright and not so bright pics, plus it makes him remove his glasses for photos... ok, I'll stop venting, just don't like my wife upset
