So I once had a DoorDash it was at like 4 AM because I am a night owl and I only DoorDash at night because of traffic and people. Anyways, I get this order for McDonald’s and it was that new Kit Kat banana McFlurry. I’m waiting at the window for the worker to finish making it now. Keep in mind that I’m watching him make this ice cream because we all know how McDonald’s is. They always like to say that the machines are down. He put it in the bag and I’m like OK thank you have a good day now we’re not supposed to open the bags once they seal it. We’re not supposed to look at it because then we can risk the customer saying that oh they went through my food and they took something. Anyways, I deliver it to the woman will call her Sarah. And she immediately messages me as soon as I get back to my car and she’s like “where is the McFlurry?” I hadn’t left her house yet because I seen the notification right away. So I messaged her “it should be in there. I watched him make it and put it in the bag. Have a good day.” and I continued with another order AND AHA guess what? It was at the same McDonald’s. So I pull up to the window again and I tell the guy. “The customer is texting me from before and saying the McFlurry is missing.” He looked at me like I was crazy and goes “What? I know I made it because it was the last one before the machine starts self cleaning ?” I laughed and I said “I know I watched you make it.” While this exchange is happening she’s blowing up my phone “You dashers are so stupid, next time check the order.” I looked at my phone like who is this broad talking to 😭😭 STUPID?? So I laughed and I responded “Sorry ma’am but you’re trying to get your money back by lying. Your McFlurry was in there I watched him make it. The machines are now down for self cleaning. He can’t make another one. Also, it’s very stupid to insult someone who knows where you live. I could be crazy Sara, you have the day you deserve.” And she kept texting me so I called dasher support and reported her and she was blocked from me getting her orders again and they banned her account, removed my contract violation. Only thing that sucks about it is her 1 star rating is still on my ratings. It’s the only bad rating I have. It was my first and last 1 star rating kinda made me mad. 🤣🤣🤣
