contract violation.

pshhh, customer calls and says I delivered the wrong order now I have a contract violation... well... it's one of those orders ya have to enter the last 3 digits on the order to confirm it's the right one, which I did. so how is it possible I got a contract violation? I had the right order as far as the label goes and since we aren't supposed to open the bag up, how am I to know what's inside? should t the store be liable for this not me?
