DoorDash orders automatically un assigning from my DoorDash account

My husband and I do DoorDash every day after our main jobs. We rely on this income as much as the first, and we take care of our ratings. Since yesterday night we had a total of 4 orders automatically disappearing after pressing accept. Our completion rate has been at 100 percent for months and after these 4 orders we are now sitting at 96 percent completion rate. We have contacted DoorDash support 4 times and all 4 of the individuals just told us to just not unassigned from the orders, and after telling them it’s not us they have not been willing to help or fix our completion rate.

We most likely will get our account deactivated due to this glitch and this sucks, we rely on this income and we work anywhere from 40-50 hours a week on top of our 40-45 hours a week from our main jobs. Can anyone else tell us if this is happening or has happened to you and what to do?
