Will I really get deactivated if my score goes below a 4.2?

I’m new and this is my first week dashing and my score is a 4.3 but to my defense I’ve had 3 orders be over an hour long estimated time to deliver. One order was 1 hour and 37 minutes out and I do pay by time so I couldn’t decline it. Even with communication I can understand how the customer my feel upset and give me a low rate. I live in an extremely rual area so if they order there probably isn’t someone closer to deliver it. With that being said, I’m scared that I’ll get deactivated. Does anyone have experience with this? How long will they deactivate me or is it permanent? Thanks
