Today was my first day

I dashed for 5 hours and made $82. Not bad but I was wondering if there’s a way to know if I’m gonna get tipped before I accept the order. I did the $12 an hour tips version (not sure if getting paid per order has a better turn out rate). I had multiple orders over 15 miles out that only paid $3.50, and with the drive back it was basically for free. how do I avoid this if it’s even avoidable.
