I have been dashing on and off since 2017. Up until tonight, I have never had a single contract violation.
For some reason, I was prompted all night to take a picture of the order receipt. I've never seen this once and got it for every single order I did tonight.
It was my first order of the night, I picked up from Papa John's, confirmed the name and put it in my hot bag. They had 1 cheese pizza and wings. That was it.
The app prompted for a pic of the actual order to "protect your ratings" The picture very clearly showed a pizza and the container of wings in my pizza bag.
Delivered the order, took a pic with the address visible and then get my first ever violation 6 hours after this happened.
What the hell is the point of taking pictures of the receipts and food itself to protect our ratings if it doesn't do a single thing? Pretty amazing to me that I got my first ever violation on the very first night this was implemented in my market.
