Anybody ever gotten an order of live crickets from pet shop?

What the title says. Crazy.. i had so many questions for the lady. The bag was tied tight but apparently they live for like 2 hours w out the air. The order took almost that long cause they kept giving me food orders in between. Even though they’re sealed it seemed weird having food and crickets in the car..
Also I realized the lizard or whatever probably doesn’t care much if they’re alive…or does he/she?
