Accepted an order that was about an hour away didn’t realize till after I picked up the food. I figured it was a high payout so it wasn’t the biggest deal. Decided to call customer to confirm that was the correct address and she verified that was the correct address. 5 mins into the drive she calls me back telling me not to worry about the delivery and I can keep the food. She was under the impression that the restaurant was closer so she agreed to confirm delivery and I came home with Chinese and a good tip. In total the food was $46.50 plus tip and saved on gas. Anyone have similar situations?
