How does this work? I often decide on a restaurant based on the delivery time. I only ever order when I’m stuck alone with my infant and try to pick something I can receive and eat during nap time.
Often, it will say something like 12-17 minutes but ends up being 45 minutes with the dasher doing multiple drop offs before mine.
I find this very deceiving and wondering if the dashers know it’s happening? I’m tempted to leave a lower review for the extended wait time due to the dasher doing multiple orders at one time ( especially since my food is cold by the time I get it) but if it’s not within their control, or if they don’t know what the time estimates I’m quotes are then it seems unfair to rate them badly.
Do the ratings even matter?
