Ordered Pizza Hut Today….

Sooo I ordered pizza thru the Pizza Hut website and I immediately got a text saying that my order was being delivered by a door dasher.
I was curious to see if the dasher was gonna receive the 25% tip I paid Pizza Hut so when he arrived I asked him. He showed me his phone and it said that the tip was LESS than what I had tipped. Pizza Hut already charges $5 for delivery so why stiff the door dasher?!
Not cool Door dash!! Is this common?? Should I complain?
