Question over customer ratings

Why do you rate below 4 stars? General question as I get a 3 star rating for doing literally everything right. I use a hot bag, had the drink delivered as well. Picked the order up 2 minutes before the pick up time. I did get a message from a customer that was in another language, but can’t see it now. It’s irritating as I do my best every delivery.
