So I ordered some PF Chang's a few months ago and the order was duplicated but I was only charged once. I was grateful for the extra food but reported it so DD would know what happened. I did NOT ask for a refund.
Today I ordered Popeyes and it was duplicated but I was charged twice. I hit up customer support. They accused me of doing it on purpose, agreed to refund an order, and then told me if it happened again I wouldn't get a refund. I asked what I can do next time and they told me to report the duplicate order before it's delivered. I asked how I can do that since I won't know if it's duplicated until it's delivered. They disconnected 😂.
My question is...is this a common issue? I'm not a frequent user of the app and it's already happened to me twice. Has anyone else experienced this?
