Dedicated server failed to start

So whenever I try to launch my server, it loads for a couple of seconds and then says 'dedicated server failed to start'.

I already tried to verify game integrity, dissable all mods, reinstall DST and restart my computer/internet connection.

I don't know if this has anything to do with the problem, but when I wanted to create the server all my save files were gone. I didn't really care because I wanted to start over anyways.

Edit: My old save files are back, I can launch my old servers but not my new one or whenever I create a new one and try to launch it after.
