Lessons learned which ended my runs before entering Winter and a second season in general for the first time in RoG:
Beefaloos aren't always nice.
Don't settle until you've found a place where you WANT to settle.
Don't try to kill Tallbirds as an early food source
Always have a lightsource or ways of making a lightsource when exploring at night.
Make an umbrella.
Don't make an Evergreen treefarm in your base.
Red Hounds burn
And a bunch of other lessons which hurt but didn't end runs.
Fantastic game, very frustrating to lose everything after you die even on day 10, but that only increases the value of the stuff you have.
