First of all, sorry if this question gets asked a lot. I (M22) have always known I was a SD baby but have recently become motivated to see if I have half siblings and/or meet my father. My mom has always claimed to have no information on the sperm donor, but she's not always a reliable source of information. Are some DNA tests better than others? I am a bit concerned about 23andMe as this seems to be the most popular site and what I expect to be recommended but they've had some security issues in the past and I'd prefer my genome isn't leaked and sold to someone. I have already registered for the DSR but since I have no information on the donor or even what sperm bank was used it's not much help.
