Time warner is shitting itself right now

I've been having insane world ms lately and it's apparently Time warner and another ISP (some canadian thing called "Charter" or some shit like that) that have the same issue, basically makes raiding a no go for me if it's not fixed. here's a link to the post on the forums about it. http://us.battle.net/wow/en/forum/topic/12031443079?page=1
