Thank you for considering helping me protect my kids in this very hard situation. This has been going on over 3 years now, my ex husband has gotten more and more unstable and my children are the ones who have had to witness the fall out. They have seen and dealt with so much, my oldest has been in treatment for panic attacks. I have gone to legal aid, who said they don’t have the resources right now. I have gone through my work and was able to get a discount on services, but retainers even with discounts are $2000-$3000, and the complexity of the case may make this cost even more over time. It’s been a long road to this point, but now that my ex husband has gone “off grid” and refuses to tell me his location. i need the help of professionals to fight for supervised visitations.
