Debit card for sub

I’m looking for a debit card that can be set to transfer a certain $ amount on a weekly basis. I’m trying to help my sub learn more about money and budgeting. I have just started looking and will continue to do so but everything I’ve found so far requires an annual fee at the least that isn’t cheap. Just figured I’d ask if anyone has recommendations on cards that have worked well for them
