I want this card to cost $4 if you have a Golem in play and $3 if you have Golem, Overlord, and another Cook and your opponent has Wharf.

u/Onearmedman2, how much did you care about what the card costs after it's bought, such as when it's revealed from other players' decks in Attacks? The wording has to work in all situations, so I'm curious how much that's a factor to you. Your original concept can work with some increased clarity and changing the text to the third person (see Peddler).
The suggestion above has a lot of merit and can facilitate the second-person grammar you seem to favor, but the change does have a lot of impact on other situations in the game.
u/pasturemaster, my only gripe is the grammar of using an unhyphenated "highest $ cost" as an adjective phrase. I think instead I'd say, " $ equal to the highest cost, in $, among all Action cards in play."
