Hello all. I have a plea hearing tomorrow with my abuser, victims advocate and prosecutor. The judge is also the judge for our ongoing divorce.
I’m asking what the success rate seems to be for you all on recieving a permanent protective order while in the process of a divorce. His criminal charges include two counts of family violence, child cruelty in the 3rd degree and 2 counts of aggravated stalking.
He’s currently on probation for one of the family violence charges and the child cruelty charge but I was made aware that he missed his check in by his probation officer. His attorney for the aggravated stalking also reached out to me on Friday because they couldn’t reach him yet he’s been contacting me on the parenting app harassing me verbally.
With his complete disregard for the law I’m not expecting any issues with my request. I’m also expecting him to become incarcerated again soon.
We’re in Georgia USA if that makes any difference
