In November, my wife filed a false claim of sexual assault and physical assault. She had her friend act as a "witness." I was arrested and jailed from 11/19 to 4/14 when my attorney was able to get my phone data and prove that she was lying (long story.)

Yesterday, my charges were finally dismissed in court. Now they are investigating her and "might" arrest her. I have not seen my kids, nor talked to them since this all started. I lost everything. But like I said, step one is done.

I filed for divorce, emergency custody and a restraining order. We have a hearing next Friday. I am fairly confident because I have been given several pieces of video and photos of her self performing sadistic sexual activities (the same she accused me of) after my arrest as well as conversation logs of her soliciting the same from strangers.

I just want my kids and her to get the help she needs. 12 years married and this is how it ended.
